No, we are an online store and do not currently have a physical location. However, we offer fragrance samples that you can purchase to try before deciding on a full-size bottle. In the future, we plan to offer the opportunity to test our perfumes in person through temporary pop-up stores. More information will be available later!

We have always had a strong appreciation for perfumes, fragrance notes, and unique scent combinations. Over the years, we experimented with fragrances and created layering blends that caught the attention of friends and family. What started as a personal passion grew into something bigger—a desire to share our creative vision of scent with others. The idea for Scents of Khayal developed naturally. We wanted to create a perfume house where quality and creativity take center stage. Our goal is to offer unique fragrances that stand out. This is more than just a business for us—it's our creative journey, our passion, and our way of sharing our unique fragrances with you.

We accept major payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, and Swish. We strive to make the payment process as smooth and secure as possible.

We cannot guarantee that order modifications or cancellations are possible, as it depends on whether the order has already been packed. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes, but you can always use our return policy if needed

Our standard delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 business days. We work hard to maintain our delivery times, and in some cases, your order may arrive faster or take an extra day. If you haven't received your order within 7 days, please contact us at info@scentsofkhayal.com, and we will investigate with the shipping provider.

We cannot guarantee that changes to the delivery address can be made, as it depends on whether the order has already been packed. To check if an update is possible, please contact us at info@scentsofkhayal.com.

We offer a 14-day return policy for purchases made on our website. The return period starts from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and untested. We carefully inspect all returned products to ensure they have not been tested. If you wish to return your order within the return period, please contact us at info@scentsofkhayal.com. We will provide a prepaid return label via email. Please note that a return shipping fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

For online purchases, you have a 3-year warranty on product defects. To file a claim, please contact us at info@scentsofkhayal.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, you may receive a replacement, a full refund, or a price reduction. Please note that claims cannot be approved if the damage is due to incorrect usage.

If your perfume was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and approve your return, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

The time required to develop a perfume varies, ranging from a few weeks to several months. Perfume creation involves much more than just blending ingredients. We start with an extensive development process where we test and adjust the scent until we achieve the perfect balance. Once finalized, the perfume undergoes a maturation period to allow the notes to settle. Afterward, we test it again to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and aligns with our original vision.

Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of perfume, containing up to 30% fragrance oil, which results in a rich and long-lasting scent. All Scents of Khayal perfumes contain at least 30% fragrance oil, ensuring a luxurious and long-lasting fragrance experience.

All our perfumes are Extrait de Parfum, meaning they contain at least 30% fragrance oil and provide a scent that lasts for 12 hours or longer on the skin and even longer on clothing. However, the longevity of a scent can also be affected by your skin's pH level. If you feel that your perfume fades too quickly, try moisturizing your skin before applying the fragrance and also spray it on clothing for longer wear. If you suspect the scent has disappeared, ask someone else to smell it—your nose might have simply adjusted to it!

The amount of perfume to apply depends on how strong you want the scent to be. Here are some recommendations: • For a subtle scent: Spray 1-2 times on pulse points (wrists, behind the ears, or on the neck). Ideal for a light, everyday fragrance. • For a balanced scent: Spray 3-4 times on pulse points and optionally on clothing for a more noticeable but not overpowering fragrance. • For an intense scent: Spray 5-8 times on pulse points and lightly on clothing. Be mindful that strong scents can be overwhelming for others.

We recommend starting by reading our fragrance descriptions and choosing notes that appeal to you (e.g., vanilla, citrus, spicy). If you're unsure, you can order samples to test the scent before purchasing a full-size bottle and filter among the perfumes what notes you like.
